This policy operates alongside Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing limits non-excludable guarantees or rights.

1. DONATIONS
Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in exceptional circumstances at our discretion (e.g. duplicate transaction error).

2. PROGRAMS, WORKSHOPS AND BOOKINGS

• Change of mind: we may offer transfer or credit depending on notice and availability.
• Cancellation by you: credits/transfers may be offered; refunds are not guaranteed for change of mind.
• Cancellation by Polaris: reschedule or refund for the session fee (excluding non-refundable third‑party fees where applicable).

3. ACL REMEDIES
Where services are not provided with due care and skill or are not fit for purpose as required under ACL, you may be entitled to remedies.
