1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using this website, making a booking, purchasing services, or otherwise engaging with Polaris Women’s Empowerment Project Incorporated (“Polaris”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. WHO THESE TERMS APPLY TO
These Terms apply to:

• Website visitors and users
• People booking and attending programs
• Purchasers of services
• Donors (where relevant)
• Parents/guardians on behalf of minors attending programs

3. OUR SERVICES
We provide empowerment education, safety education and self-defence programs delivered in community, corporate, school, university and adult settings. Program content is educational and is not medical, legal or psychological advice.

4. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

• 4.1 Bookings
  Bookings may be required for attendance. We may limit numbers for safety and quality.
• 4.2 Payments
  All prices are in AUD. Payments are processed via secure third‑party providers. We do not store full payment card details.
• 4.3 Cancellations and changes
  We may change schedules, venues, facilitators, or content where reasonably necessary. If a material change occurs, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.

5. PARTICIPATION, SAFETY AND CONDUCT
You must follow safety instructions at all times. We may refuse participation or remove a participant for unsafe behaviour, impairment, or non-compliance.

6. REFUNDS
Refunds and credits are governed by our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law. Donations are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

7. PRIVACY
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian law.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website is owned by Polaris Women’s Empowerment Project Incorporated or used under licence. You must not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit content without permission.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or practices.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
